This is the Incentral WP web, where we offer our WP maintenance and support service for webs created with WordPress.

Incentral WP is part of the Isla de Manacoa Company. It is locted at Spain (E.U.). We develop web applications, interactive sites, and other internet services such as hosting, newsletters, etc.

The components of Isla de Manacoa are Jesús Noriega and Alexia Ruiz since 1997.

What data do we collect and why?

For our INCENTRAL WP service, respect and protection of the personal data of our customers and users is a priority. As a user you should know that your rights are guaranteed on this website. If you are also a customer, you have an exclusive contract to guarantee the privacy and protection of your personal data.

Comments, tickets

Each time a user makes a comment at the Help Desk, we collect the message data, and also the IP address and the user agents string in order to avoid spam.

An anonymous hash encoded with the email address can be sent to the Gravatar service tocheck if your avatar exists. TheGravatar privacy policy can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Your public avatar will be shown then at your comment context.

Media

You should avoid to upload media with the GPS EXIF data included. Web visitors could download the image and extract any of this geolocating data.

Online commerce

Our Company collects your data during the payment process, so that we can:

  • Show you products related with the previously choosen.
  • Location, IP and navigator, so we can calculate taxes and selected language.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are preserved indefinitely. This is so that we can automatically recognize and approve successive comments instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.

Of the users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Web administrators can also view and edit that information.

Security logs are kept for 14 days.
