What data do we collect and why?
For our INCENTRAL WP service, respect and protection of the personal data of our customers and users is a priority. As a user you should know that your rights are guaranteed on this website. Comments, tickets
Each time a user makes a comment at the Help Desk, we collect the message data, and also the IP address and the user agents string in order to avoid spam.
An anonymous hash encoded with the email address can be sent to the Gravatar service tocheck if your avatar exists. TheGravatar privacy policy can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Your public avatar will be shown then at your comment context.
Media
You should avoid to upload media with the GPS EXIF data included. Web visitors could download the image and extract any of this geolocating data.
